How LottoStarz Works: Play Powerball and Mega Millions Online
It’s an easy 3 step process:
1. You place an order online with our FREE number picking software.
2. We manage your numbers online.
3. Instead of you going out to pick up the tickets we send one of our couriers to pick up the tickets for you.

To begin, pick either Powerball or Mega Millions service.
Choose the number of tickets you would like to play and for how many consecutive drawings you would like to enter these particular numbers for.
(1 drawing up to 52 consecutive drawings).
Then use our FREE number picker tool to select your favorite numbers or you can use the quick pick option.
The next step would be to either log into your previously established account or create a new account by entering in the requested information.
And lastly you will need to select your payment method to pay for your order.

We accept Visa and MasterCard for payment of orders.
In 2012 Powerball changed its base price from $1.00 to $2.00 per ticket to increase jackpots and improve winning percentage. PB changed it's powerball number from 1-39 to 1-35 to increase chances of winning. Powerball Jackpots will now start at $40 Million per drawing.
In 2012 Mega Millions will stay the same with a base price is $1.00 per ticket.
LottoStarz charges a service fee of $1.50 per ticket. LottoStarz service fee covers all administration, account managment,and courier fees as described on About Us page. All payments/courier fees will show up as Starz, Inc on your credit card statement.

Upon placing your order, you will receive by email your order details containing your numbers you have placed and the drawing date your numbers are valid for.
After each drawing, each order will be notified by email of their results of each order placed. If you have a winning ticket under the amount of $600.00 you will have your account credited immediately.
Customers will be able to request payout of their winnings through our website at anytime.
Winning payouts are sent out in the form of a company check for the total account balance amount or winnings can be applied to future ticket services.
Account balances will be paid to customer within 14 days after receiving customers request for account payout.
If a customer has a winning ticket over the amount of $600.00, a lottery payout request form will be sent to the customer and they will need to fill out the requested information. Customer sends the completed form back to LottoStarz.com using our prepaid postage envelope and we will submit the form for you to either Powerball or MegaMillions in return which they will issue a check directly made out to you with your winnings minus taxes mailed to you personally.
In the event that a customer wins a jackpot amount over $100,000 LottoStarz with charge a 5% service fee. The 5% service fee is calculated from the total lottery amount before taxes.

All customer data is completely confidential and will not ever be given to third parties at any time.
Customers will also be able to use the balance of their account towards the purchase of tickets in a future order.

About Powerball and Mega Millions Lotteriers:
You must be over the age of 18 to play and win Powerball and Mega Millions.
